All online donations to SVOSH are handled by the Southern College of Optometry. Two steps are necessary to ensure SVOSH has received your funds. Please ensure that you complete BOTH steps. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve our online donation process.

STEP 1: INFORM SVOSH OF YOUR DONATION
This informs SVOSH of your intent to donate. This is for our records, and to inform us so that we can be sure we've received your donation. As confirmation, the words "Thank you, your form has been sent" will appear.
Your actual donation and credit card information will be taken on a different page (Step 2).

STEP 2: MAKE THE DONATION
After submitting your intent to donate (Step 1), please click the link at the bottom of the page to make your actual donation.
A new window will open and take you to the Southern College of Optometry website.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR STEP 2:
a. Fill out your personal information.
b. Under "I/WE WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A ONE-TIME GIFT IN THE AMOUNT OF" state the amount you are donating and enter your credit card information.
c. Under "PLEASE DESIGNATE MY/OUR GIFT FOR" select the last option, "Other" and specify SVOSH in the text box.
d. Click on the "Send Your Pledge" button.
e. Your donation is now complete! There is no need to mail in a form. You will receive an email confirming your donation.
